Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For goods, the period generally begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to provide an unambiguous declaration of the decision to withdraw to:

Timely dispatch of the declaration of withdrawal is sufficient to meet the withdrawal deadline.

Electronic Withdrawal / Return

Consumers can access their customer account by opening a customer account. Once the Shopify self-service return and cancellation function is activated, affected orders can be selected and return or cancellation requests can be submitted electronically.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments you received, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery we offer, in accordance with statutory requirements. As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

For goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or have suitable proof of return, to the extent permitted by law.

Return Shipping Costs

For goods that can be shipped by parcel, the consumer bears the direct costs of return, unless otherwise stated in the respective offer. For goods that cannot be shipped by parcel, the actual or estimated return shipping costs are stated in the respective offer before the contract is concluded.

Statutory Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not exist or may expire prematurely if a statutory exception applies. Affected products or services are marked accordingly.

Business Owners / B2B

For business owners within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal. Returns in B2B transactions are only possible if this has been individually agreed upon or if a statutory claim exists.
