General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Provider and Scope

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed with TK Fusion, owned by Turulu Kilic, Julius-Becker-Straße 34, 69181 Leimen, Germany. The shop is aimed at consumers and businesses.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding contractual offer. By completing the ordering process, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. An automatically sent order confirmation initially confirms receipt of the order. The contract is concluded with express acceptance or, at the latest, with the dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices

For consumers, the total prices displayed in the shop apply. Legally applicable taxes are taken into account in accordance with the tax treatment applicable to the order. Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.

For authorized business customers, different B2B prices, volume rules, or individually agreed terms and conditions may apply. These are displayed in the respective B2B context or agreed separately.

4. Payment

The payment methods offered at checkout apply. Special payment terms for business customers only apply if they have been expressly stored for the respective company or individually agreed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified in the ordering process. Delivery times and special shipping conditions are determined by the respective offer and the information displayed at checkout.

6. Retention of Title

Until full payment has been received, the delivered goods remain our property.

7. Rights Regarding Defects

Statutory rights regarding defects apply. Supplementary agreements may be made with businesses on a case-by-case basis.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the "Cancellation & Returns" page. Businesses do not have this consumer right of withdrawal.

9. Applicable Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to a consumer at their habitual place of residence remain unaffected to the extent that they are applicable.
